Seth S. Kim, associate, earned a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a J.D., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Mr. Kim's practice involves all phases of patent prosecution in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. Mr. Kim’s field of experience includes plasma and LCD displays, semiconductors, ceramics, and electro-mechanical devices.
Mr. Kim has further prepared infringement opinions, has prepared and prosecuted trademark applications, and has advised clients on general intellectual property matters.
Mr. Kim is a member of the Virginia Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Kim is fluent and literate in Korean. Mr. Kim is further a member of the Virginia State Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
