Lisa Allen, Law Clerk, is a 2010 JD candidate at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. Ms. Allen graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and French from Vanderbilt University in 2007.
During her undergraduate studies in the School of Engineering, Ms. Allen focused her studies in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering.
Ms. Allen has previously worked as a law clerk in a full-service Atlanta law firm. She also did pro bono work at the Legal Aid Society in the fields of domestic violence and family law throughout her undergraduate career. As a student at Georgetown, Ms. Allen continues her pro bono work as a translator for asylum cases for the Center of Applied Legal Studies.
Ms. Allen is a student member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
